I received your information through grand jury subpoena to NFOservers.com for a server you manage. Your NFO VPS/VDS (IP 162.248.94.195) was used on the below listed time. This was a VPS/VDS that was originally purchased by you on 2020-01-18. It appears through bandwitdth graphs that it is being used as a VPN. If you have customer information for the time period I will follow with legal process. Thank you for your assistance

Hello,
thanks for contacting me on this matter. I can confirm that the servers operated under the Courvix Network are indeed mostly VPN servers (including the one you specified.)
I do not keep connection history and only have access to user IP addresses that are connected to our servers in real time. Each user also shares the same VPN profile so the only way to identify unique users is by their IP addresses, but of course in this case I don't know what to look for.
Lastly, is this request bound by any kind of gag order? For transparency reasons I like to make it known when any services I offer become the question of a legal request. Obviously, if I'm legally bound to not make this request known, I will not publish this information.
Regards,
Courvix Network Administrator.
